UpToDate Lexidrug Mobile App Installation Instructions

On your iOS or Android device, tap the App Store or Play Store icon and search for UpToDate Lexidrug.

Select UpToDate Lexidrug and Install the app.

Open the UpToDate Lexidrug app on your device.

Enter your email and password and tap Log In. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password.

Please read the license agreement and tap Accept.

Select Automatic Update preference: WiFi only or Wifi and Data; Tap Next.

Select your Library content preference: I will select the content sets to install; or Download ALL content sets for me; Tap Get Started.

Select content sets or tap Download ALL.

After the update is complete, tap the Menu button in the top right corner and tap Home.

Select an icon to begin accessing your UpToDate Lexidrug Mobile App subscription.

Updates may take some time, depending upon the database(s) selected, the connection speed, and the speed of your device's memory.

The UpToDate Lexidrug Mobile App requires a strong cellular or Wi-Fi signal for installation. The application may transfer a significant amount of data, which could result in charges from your carrier. We recommend you utilize an unlimited data plan or connect to a Wi-Fi network when installing or updating this product. Please contact your carrier for assistance with your data plan or with utilizing a Wi-Fi connection.

The Android application requires one of the latest two versions of Android OS, access to the Google Play Store and 2.0GB of available space. 

The iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad application requires one of the latest two versions of Apple iOS, an active Apple ID, and 2.0 GB of available space. To verify you have a compatible device, access SETTINGS > GENERAL > ABOUT. If you have an earlier version, please update your device before continuing.

Doesn't show up as an app on my s24 ultra doesn't installing it, reinstalling it etc. Would have to go to app store each and every time to search emra and open from there. Very cumbersome. Clearly has not been updated in a while to be compatible with many Android models and there's no concern regarding its paid users who are on anything but Apple devices . Very disappointing. Please review your feedbacks and work with your developer to improve the app.

Uuuuuugh! Why did they mess with it!? Before the last update (just a few days ago) it was a user-friendly layout and easily accessible....now it seems archaic in comparison. Way more cumbersome to use. In addition, keeps telling me all my subscriptions are expired every time I log in, yet on the next page saying it's all in date. Slow to load, too. This is EXTREMELY frustrating, especially since I pay a LOT for this product and rely on it every day for quick, accurate, up to date info.

I used to love this program especially for the 5 min clinic. Now I can barely type in the search bar without the program freezing. The programmers really fudged up a great program. I feel ripped off... UPDATE 1/6/2022: They fixed the issues mentioned. Yet, when I resubscribed for this yr I found they removed some of those useful features & placed it in their expensive "Premium package." I think we should be able to purchase some of those options...

Was very great until this new design came out... when i get to the multinational drug list, it keeps loading for a while. In a middle of a round or emergency situation, this is frustrating. My device is galaxy a70 and the latency is only in that list. Before the new version, it was superfast. We don't care the fancy look, yet we care to take our decisions as fast as possible.
