Here’s a quick explanation of what each of the tracking statuses means:

Placed - This means that the order has been placed and confirmed.

Ready To Ship - This infers that your order has been checked for quality and is all set to sail to the next station.

Shipped - This means that the product(s) have been dispatched from our fulfillment center and are en route to a delivery center in your city. Once the product(s) have reached the delivery center in your city, you will get a call from our delivery team to schedule the delivery and installation follows.

Out for Delivery - This means that the product(s) is on road en route to your home.

Installation Pending - This means that the product(s) are delivered and the installation team will visit to install the product within 48 hours.

Delivered - This infers that your order is successfully delivered and installed at your place.

2. What warranty does Urban Ladder have for its products?

The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.

3. Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

Yes! A small delivery fee will be applied based on your cart value which can be found on your cart page. Additional charges may apply If your delivery location is out of our service bounds.
