What is your return policy?

Our Online Return Policy: Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our US or Canada store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes made-to-order furniture and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order.

Why are some shipping options not available for my order?

Items such as nail polish, hairspray, oversized products or items that contain lithium can only be shipped via Standard Shipping. Additionally, some orders may not be eligible for Rush Shipping due to the fulfillment location of items in the order.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

What if my order has shipped, but not arrived yet?

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.

If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
