To open the device that the system is unable to detect, click on the USB icon from the toolbar.

If video freeze occurs when using EasyCap, it is advised to adjust the video Standard between PAL/NTSC/SECAM.

For optimal performance, utilize a high-quality OTG cable and ensure adequate power supply. Some devices may necessitate bridging a HUB to enhance USB signals for correct operation, such as Elgato Cam link and ezcap Video Grabber.

Using HEVC for video recording/streaming requires Android 5.0 or higher, and the device must support the HEVC codec.

"USB Camera" enables your Android device to connect with a USB Webcam or video capture card via USB-OTG. You can record video, capture snapshots, OR transform your phone into a wireless IP Camera through the built-in RTSP and HTTP Server for security monitoring. With Bi-directional audio support, you can use your browser to view, including the "IP Camera" App.

"USB Camera" allows mixing USB Audio with a built-in microphone and output.

"USB Camera" can stream video and audio to RTMP/SRT live media server for network live broadcasting. It supports the rtmps security protocol and SRT protocol, and it permits media pushing to multiple servers simultaneously. Furthermore, it supports HEVC over RTMP and is compatible with YouTube Live at present.

"USB Camera" provides Side by Side(SBS) view compatibility and works with FPV goggles.

"USB Camera" can incorporate timestamp, GPS data, speed, and other information onto video frames during recording, supporting snapshot and video recording using your headset or Bluetooth headset. It also supports WebCam's snapshot button.

"USB Camera" facilitates loop-recording and allows setting auto-segmentation during recording while automatically deleting old video archives when storage is insufficient. "USB Camera" can function as a "Dash Cam."

Seamless switching between foreground and background is enabled in USB Camera. Simply select 'Enter background' from the menu without interrupting the recording during switching.

It supports auto video recording based on Motion Detection, enabling automatic upload of video records to an FTP server and notification via Email!

IMPORTANT! For Android 9 and above, Camera permission is mandatory to fully access the USB Video device. Rest assured, the application does not have any function/code to access the built-in camera as it is unnecessary.

This is a userspace driver meant solely for the application. Android does not permit the installation of kernel drivers, rendering them unusable for third-party apps.

    So, there was this app that I tried on my Android 4.4.2 phone. When I opened it, it didn't show anything from the camera. The app and my phone both thought that the camera was working fine, but I couldn't see any video or hear any sound. However, the camera worked perfectly when connected to a computer. Thankfully, the person who made the app managed to figure out that it wasn't compatible with my old webcam. They helped me fix it by using an Easycap device and a different camera, and now everything is working just fine. Happy ending!

    The app is great for using my USB microscope to check out coins and jewelry. It's well-designed and perfect for taking photos, although it stutters a bit when used with an endoscope.

    On my LG phone, everything was great with the app. But on my Motorola and other phones, it's a bit glitchy. It keeps disconnecting and connecting on its own. I can't even open the app.

    I use it on my Android TV Box. The camera connected by itself. I can adjust settings easily. The picture is clear. Ads are not annoying, you can pay to get rid of them. Appreciate it.

    I searched a lot to find the right app. Finally found one that works well with Android phones. Just plug it in using the USB port and it's good to go. Highly recommend it!

    I found this app that allows me to use a USB endoscope or microscope. It works well for viewing, but on a slow Android device, the image freezes whenever an advertisement loads, which happens often. Despite that, I'll give it 4 stars because it's free and does its job. I think the paid version probably doesn't have ads, so it could be a good investment if you have a good USB camera.

    I think this app is really great! I got it originally for my Endoscope camera, but now I'm also using it with my Webcam and mirrorless camera. It would be even better if the ads were less annoying, they take up a big part of the screen. To give it 5 stars, I hope they add the feature to take pictures, not just videos, when motion is detected.

    USB cameras cannot be used by other apps on my tablet. I want a better camera for video calls than the one on my tablet. The app only lets one app access the USB camera, not all apps on the tablet. It's good for taking photos and videos. However, Zoom cannot use an external USB camera with this app.

    Purchased a microscope/endoscope camera. The QR code on the package didn't work for the app. Tried different camera apps but none worked. Finally found one that works great.

    Compatible with my Android phone, works with Celestron & Pluggable USB microscopes. Can automatically launch the app when the camera is connected using a USB type C OTG cable. The capture buttons on the microscopes don't work, which seems to be common. However, the in-app controls function properly.
