Once your customer account is created, you will be automatically subscribed to our daily newsletter. However, you can change the sending frequency of our newsletters in your customer area. You will also have the possibility to subscribe to the newsletters of your choice: our daily newsletter informs you of the opening of sales, our weekly newsletter contains the best sales of the week, our one-off emails offer you our new products or satisfaction surveys and our Travel and Leisure newsletter offers you our best offers for getaways or entertainment.

2. Can I complete my order?

It is usually not possible to complete an order once it has been confirmed and registered, unless the link "complete my available order" is in the summary of your order.

4. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary between 24 hours and 5 weeks. You will find the expected delivery times in each sale as well as the shopping cart page. You will be informed by email of the shipment of your order and you will receive the Swiss Post delivery tracking number with which you can follow the shipment of your order online.

5. Which products can I not return and why?

Several categories of products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (lingerie, pajamas, swimsuits, etc.). But in all cases, the words "This item cannot be returned" are indicated on the items concerned, next to the product description. Travel & Leisure offers and other services are not subject to any returns because they cannot be canceled.

6. Does my voucher have an expiration date?
