By functioning as a reliable facilitator, Vendora manages the payment process, ensuring that funds are only released when both parties express satisfaction, which reduces the risk of fraud.

Returning a product and getting a refund

As part of the “Buy via Vendora” service, there is also a refund option if the item you receive is different from the description in the listing.

Transaction by sending

The buyer has 2 days to inspect the item. If it is different from the description in the listing, he can request a return to the seller.

The seller can accept or reject the return request. If the seller does not accept the return, the transaction will automatically be stopped and you will be contacted by a Vendora agent.

If the seller accepts the return, after receiving the item, he has 3 days to check its condition and approve or reject it before the buyer receives their money back.

If the seller approves the item, the payment will be refunded to the buyer. If the seller does not approve it, the transaction will automatically be stopped and a Vendora representative will contact you.

Deal via Personal Meeting

During the meeting, the buyer has 30 minutes to inspect the item to approve or reject it.

If the buyer approves the item, the seller ships the item. Before the buyer approves the purchase, they must make sure that the item is as described in the listing. Once approved, there is no possibility of return.

If the buyer finds a problem with the item, they can click “Cancel” to receive a refund.

It will take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in the buyer’s account, depending on the bank.
