The application features two main functionalities:

+ Functionality 1 enables users to scan the information contained in barcodes found on personal identification documents from certain countries. With the Premium service activated, users can save the scanned barcode information directly on their devices and later export it to a CSV file, upload it to the cloud, or link it to their own form. For optimal scanning performance, the device must have at least a 5-megapixel HD resolution camera with autofocus. If the camera does not meet the minimum requirements for scanning, users can select the document type and manually enter the number.

+ Functionality 2 allows users to easily link public information from websites published by governmental entities concerning individuals' identification documents in one place. If any linked information is unavailable at a given time, it could be due to the official entity's webpage being down or recently modified; we appreciate users reaching out to us if this occurs.

We have an agreement with COLPENSIONES of COLOMBIA to obtain affiliation/non-affiliation certificates and non-pension certificates.

New Premium feature of Verifíquese Cédula: add data to my form

The use cases below are some examples of how to use this functionality, not only to add additional data but also to add options to decide whether or not a person can enter a facility or event, or whether a document falls into a category in which it is classified for the provision of a service.

The following use cases reflect some possible implementations of this functionality. For these examples, the Verifíquese Cédula Almacén system is used to store the scanned information. Keep in mind that you can use any system you prefer. You can also create your own forms and adapt them to this new functionality:

Case 1: Whitelist

This case is an example of how you can control access to events without having to have a USB-connected device; you just need to configure and add the documents that can enter the event or venue to the whitelist.

Case 2: Additional information form

This case is an example of how additional information can be added to a scanned document using the Verifíquese Cédula Premium app, such as the apartment number for building entry.

Case 3: Category

This case allows you to add categories to documents. When scanning a document, a query is made to see which category the scanned document belongs to, and then it is displayed in a form that you can put together to your liking. This case is similar to the entry of compensation funds in which one service or another is provided depending on the category.

Case 4: Additional information and category form

This case allows you to add additional information to the scanned document, such as the apartment in the case of building entry, and also shows which category the scanned document belongs to.
