All downloaded videos from the Rocks Player app automatically saves in your phone gallery, just check the downloads folder on your device.

The gesture control feature of Rocks Player is the same as in your touchscreen phone, you can pinch touch your fingertips to zoom in & out, swipe your fingers up and down to control sound & brightness, double tap on either side to forward and rewind your video.

Q4. Why there is a Buffering issue in online videos?

There might be an internet connectivity issue and if it's not like that you may try these ways to solve the issues

Sorry to say that but due to legal restriction we are unable to support youtube videos downloads. Here you can only watch youtube videos.

Q12. Why am I failed to play the next video continuously?

If you open the video from your phone or file manager the Rocks Video player dosen't play the next video until you select the next video inside the Rocks Player.

Q13. How can I change the color of the Subtitle in the video?

You can easily change the size and the colour of the subtitle, simply click on the subtitle icon on the player and choose the 'Subtitle Customization' option as below.

Q14. How can I switch from S/W to H/W decoder while the video is running on screen?

To switch the decoder of the video, just click on the more options from the player and tap on the decoder icon as shown in the image below,

From here another pop-up will display on your screen. Select S/W Decoder & HW Decoder as you desire.
