What should I do if I detect my baggage is damaged or lost?

As soon as you detect damages or loss of baggage, please contact our staffs at the Lost & Found counter at the airport for assistance.

What should I do if I want to book and pay later?

Vietnam Airlines accepts the following payment options: 

1. Book and reserve your seats for free within 12 hours, and pay later using applicable payment methods. 

2. Book at least 3 days before departure and pay a “secure my fare” fee: 

- From VND 70,000 per passenger (exclusive of VAT) for Vietnam domestic routes and USD 7 per passenger for international routes. 

- The above fee is not refundable. The “secure my fare ”fee applies to adults and over 2-year-old children and does not apply to infants under 2 years old. 

Can I transfer the accrued miles from my Lotusmiles account to the mileage accrual program of other SkyTeam member airlines?

Unfortunately, a member cannot transfer the accrued miles from the Lotusmiles account to the other airline’s mileage accrual program, even if the airline is a member of SkyTeam.

What should I be aware of when choosing a DB train departure time?

Passengers choose the train departure time suitable for their itineraries as follows:

- To connect with their flights departing from Germany, passengers select the departure date of train segment on the flight departure date or the day before that date.

- To connect with their flights to Germany, passengers select departure date of the train segment on the flight date arriving in Germany or the day after that date.

Passengers should contact DB Travel Center or visit bahn.de for exact train departure time.
