Why should I register?

Only those who have registered and obtained user ID and password alone are eligible to enter our site. Even to become a paid subscriber one has to become a Registered user. So registration is a must.

While registering you have to choose one of your active E-mail Id as your user id with your own password. Subsequent to your successful registration you will get confirmation mail in your inbox in minutes to activate confirmed registered

Can I change my password?

Yes. In the index page of our vikatan.com you can find a LOG IN panel where you have to enter your user id and password. Subsequent to this action the index page of vikatan.com will get refreshed and at the bottom of the welcome message you will find an option to change your password. There you are free to change your password.

How to pay online?

Once you choose the period of subscription and accepting the terms and conditions and clicking the submit button you will be taken to a Secure server page where have to enter your credit card details and click pay.

Is paying on line is safe?

YES. Absolutely it is safe. Our payment gateway ICICI processes credit card orders with a SSL Secure Commerce Server which protects credit card information with military-grade encryption. We do not have access to your credit card number at any time. We also undertake never to reveal your personal information provided during registration to any other organization without your prior permission.

Can I quote my credit card details in my future correspondence?

Can my subscription be cancelled?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is 30 days, so your unlimited access will continue for the remainder of the current 30 day period. Cancellation can be done in My account segments under My subscription.

What is the refund policy?

No refund will be done on auto renewal payment method. You can continue the unlimited acces till the current billing period. However your account will not be charged from next billing cycle.
