Vinasun Taxi serves as the official application for taxi reservations in Vietnam, developed by Vinasun Corporation. Along with traditional booking methods, the Vinasun Taxi mobile app offers users a modern approach to reserve Vinasun taxis directly from their smartphones.

(1) the capability for users to schedule taxi bookings in advance.

(2) the allocation of the nearest available vehicle, providing detailed information about both the car and driver, along with an estimated pick-up time. Users can also call the driver directly through the app.

(3) the ability for users to view and keep track of their trip costs within the application, thanks to its integration with the taxi meter.

(4) an estimation feature that calculates distance and fare when departure and destination details are entered.

Types of payment Vinasun taxi

TAXI COUPON PAYMENT PAYMENT SERVICE

A type of coupon, each book has 10 sheets, each worth VND 12,000.

Value in 3 months

Reasonable price, payment right after using the taxi service. When using taxis, customers only need to give coupons to the driver corresponding to the taxi fare.

Utilities: Customers get a 3% discount when buying 3 or more coupon books.

CARD PAYMENT CARD SERVICE

A coupon with 30 numbers, each with 2 copies, each coupon has a maximum recognition value recorded on each coupon.

If you exceed the value indicated on the coupon, use coupon number 2.

When signing a service contract, the voucher will be issued free of charge, for individual or collective use.

MEMBERSHIP CARD SERVICE

his is a two-sided online card issued by Vietinbank and Vinasun.

When paying Vinasun taxi fare, the driver will swipe the card through the EDC (Smart POS) device placed on the taxi, after successful payment, the EDC machine will print 2 copies of the invoice, the customer will save the second copy, the driver will save the taxi keep contact 1.

Cards with security PINs that limit risk

What procedures and documents do I need to prepare when coming to resolve a complaint?

Customers need to prepare information about their trip including date and time, pick-up and drop-off locations, fare, type of car used: 4 seats or 7 seats.

Construction fee will depend on the ad position, specifically:

Position 2 on the side door behind the car: 130,000 VND / 1 car / 1 change.

Position 2 on the side of the door and behind the car: 200,000 VND / car / 1 change.

Position 4 doors on either side of the vehicle: 230,000 VND / 1 car / 1 change.

Price does not include VAT, excluding printing costs.

What is the procedure for implementing an advertising

Including the following steps:

Negotiate and sign a contract.

VNS sends KH the design frame for the position Customer needs to advertise.

After completing design, send the design file to VNS.

VNS in color test submitted to KH customers for approval.

After color approval, VNS printed 1 set to paste the test on the actual car for KH to approve.

After the customer approved the test sample on the car, VNS printed and pasted a series.

After pasting, VNS sends the photo report and car list to customers.

Advertising time is calculated starting from the day VNS sends the report to Customer.

Payment schedule of the contract like?

The payment progress is divided into 3 phases:

Stage 1: 40% of the contract value within 10 days after signing the contract (this amount is considered as a deposit to perform the contract).

Stage 2: 50% of the next contract's value within 20 days after VNS has finished reporting the image and the list of car stickers to customers.

Stage 3: 10% of the contract value remaining after the end of the contract.

MEMBERSHIP CARD

Function:

It is a 2-sided online card issued by Vietinbank in conjunction with Vinasun. When paying for a Vinasun taxi fare, the driver swipes the card through the EDC machine (POS) placed on the taxi, after successful payment, the EDC machine will print 2 invoices, the customer will save the 2 copy, the driver will save the payment. keep link 1.

PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION AND USE OF VINASUN TAXI MEMBERSHIP CARD
