VioEdu (vio.edu.vn) is an online education system that applies artificial intelligence (AI) technology and adaptive learning methods designed by FPT Group to personalize the learning experience.

VioEdu combines both online and offline learning. Its curriculum includes thousands of lectures compiled by top educational experts in Vietnam, closely following the Ministry of Education's textbooks. 

General Guide – Registration / Login

Then access the app, click the Register button

Fill in all the information including:

    Full Name

    The account name you want

    Password

    Phone number (note: phone number cannot be changed and will be related to security issues, so it is necessary to register the correct number)

    Email

Then click Continue

Select Place of Study: Grade, Province, District, School

The system will send a confirmation code to the phone number that you just registered, just enter the OTP code and you will successfully register an account

Click the login button, enter the correct account and password you just created

Click Log in and proceed to use

*Note: To log in successfully, you need to enter your Username and Password correctly.

VioEdu's username is a written name, without accents, without spaces. It is necessary to pay attention to entering correctly and enough characters, paying attention to the confusion between the "-" sign and the "_" sign

Same with passwords.

How to buy a course on VioEdu

* If you already have a VioEdu account and the account has expired, after logging in to the account, click renew and follow step 1 below:

If you don't have a VioEdu account yet, first of all, you need to register for an account according to the instructions here. After successfully registering, you log in and select "BUY COURSE", then proceed to the next step.

Step 1: Fill in the buyer's information

Fill in all the information: Full name, Phone number, Email, and Address.

To buy multiple accounts, select "You want to buy for another account" and search for the account you want to buy in the "Search for accounts" box.

Step 2: Select the course package you want to buy

Choose the course you want to buy: 6-month plan or 12-month plan.

Click "Buy Course".

Step 3: Choose a payment method

There are 3 payment methods that you can choose from:

    Online payment scan VNPAY code, e-wallet

    Transfer payment

    Pay on Delivery (COD) – Discontinued

Before choosing any form of payment, don't forget:

    Enter the referrer code to get additional months of use (if applicable).

    Or enter the promotional code (If applicable).

    Choose the form of purchase ONLINE PAYMENT

    Choosing a payment bank

Enter the card number or account number information, then authenticate.

Perform normal transactions via Internet Banking bank account.

If you choose to pay by card, please fill in the card number, expiration date of the card, and the cardholder's name.

If you select Account, please enter the account number of the corresponding bank, then select AUTHENTIC.

After selecting "AUTHENTIC", it will switch to the Internet banking screen of the corresponding bank. For example, below is the Internet banking screen of TP Bank.

VISA/MasterCard international card payment

If you want to pay via VISA/MasterCard, click on VISA payment and click on PAYMENT to make the transaction.

After choosing to pay with a VISA/MasterCard card, you fill in the card number, expiration date, personal information and select AUTHENTIC.

E-wallet payments

There are many types of e-wallets for you to choose from: Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, Payoo, SmartPay, GrabPaybyMoca, Viettel Money...

Step 1: Choose the e-wallet you have

Step 2: After choosing a wallet, click the button "Pay via..."

Step 3: Open the e-wallet application, scan the QR code displayed to pay for the course.

Option 2: Pay for course transfer

Select the purchase form of TRANSFER

Then click the "Confirm purchase by transfer" button

3. At that time, the system will go to the screen containing the transfer content and account information of VioEdu. You transfer money according to the content displayed on the screen to the account number of VioEdu (FPT INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO., LTD)

Note: Each account will have a separate transfer (a series of numbers). Follow the instructions to fill in your account information, and the system will automatically display your transfer details.

After the transfer, VioEdu will automatically check and activate the account for you.

Note: After the transfer, you take a screenshot of the successful transaction in case the transfer process fails, VioEdu will coordinate with you to handle it. Option 3: Pay on Delivery (COD) – Discontinued

This form is discontinued

Step 4: Successful payment and confirmation of information

After making a successful payment, you can view your purchased plans in the "Your Course" section under "Personal Information".
