    I had 3 SIM cards on one account. I lost one and blocked it. The app also blocked my main number, so now I can't use my phone at all. I can't make any calls, receive OTPs for online payments, or even use my data. I reached out to the support team, and it's been three weeks since they told me that they are looking into the issue and trying to fix the bug.

    I switched my phone number from Du to Virgin. But now I can't choose a payment method, so I have no data or outgoing calls. Whenever I try to select a payment option, an error pops up. It's been 14 days and the technical team still hasn't solved it despite me sending many emails. They seem clueless about how to fix it. Their service is really bad. I don't suggest porting your number to them. You should just get a new SIM instead.
