Launch the My Account App.

If you have your mobile data turned on, youʼll land on the overview page. Touch the LOG IN button. Once you are on the log in screen, Touch Forgot username or password? . If you have your mobile data turned off, youʼll land on the log in screen and all you have to do is touch Forgot username or password?.

Enter your mobile number/account number or the email address you use to communicate with us, then touch CONTINUE.

If you have a My Account profile associated with your account or email address, we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't have access to that email address, touch Recover via secret question.

Enter the answer to the secret question you set up when you created your profile. Don't worry, it's not case sensitive. Touch CONTINUE.

Type in your new password, following the password rules on the screen.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the profile. Touch VIEW MYACCOUNT to manage your services, or you can update your secret questions by touching ADD ADDITIONAL RECOVERY OPTIONS.

    The Virgin app is easy to learn and navigate. I've had no issues with their mobile or internet services. They provide things that others charge extra for, such as receiving messages from our 911 dispatch, which are helpful for me as a volunteer firefighter. Many providers, like Rogers, charge additional fees for this service. While they may not be the best, I have no complaints.

    The app I'm using now is really handy. I have four lines with Virgin and thanks to the app, I can easily check my usage, see if I'm eligible for an upgrade, make online payments, and get instant updates. I really like it! Virgin is doing a great job making the app even more user-friendly. Well done!

    Experiencing a lot of issues with Virgin Mobile lately. Just got charged for my monthly bill today. But now, I can't access My Account on my phone or tablet. Really need it to work for making purchases and managing data. Not happy with Virgin Mobile at the moment!

    I wanted to give no stars if I could. I cannot log in to this app anymore because it doesn't accept my username and password, even though I changed them several times. The app confirmed the changes each time but I still receive an error message stating my credentials are incorrect. It's supposed to be convenient but it's not at all!

    Can't log in, always has technical problems even after updating to the latest version. Not good for quick bill payments. Need to visit the website every time to view My Account.

    The app from Virgin is really terrible. They try to charge you an extra $10 if you add data over the phone. And if you add data on the app, it will automatically be added for the next month with a recurring cost. It seems like they have many sneaky ways to make money. I now wish I had never chosen Virgin.

    I've been a Virgin customer forever. I've even got my family to switch over to them. Their customer service is top-notch, the best I've experienced. I've tried other providers before, but none compare. They always deal with any issues promptly and with a smile.
