Guide to use the app
How to reset my password

Launch the My Account App.
Step 2 of 7
If you have your mobile data turned on, youʼll land on the overview page. Touch the LOG IN button. Once you are on the log in screen, Touch Forgot username or password? . If you have your mobile data turned off, youʼll land on the log in screen and all you have to do is touch Forgot username or password?.
Step 3 of 7
Enter your mobile number/account number or the email address you use to communicate with us, then touch CONTINUE.
Step 4 of 7
If you have a My Account profile associated with your account or email address, we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't have access to that email address, touch Recover via secret question.
Step 5 of 7
Enter the answer to the secret question you set up when you created your profile. Don't worry, it's not case sensitive. Touch CONTINUE.
Step 6 of 7
Type in your new password, following the password rules on the screen.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the profile. Touch VIEW MYACCOUNT to manage your services, or you can update your secret questions by touching ADD ADDITIONAL RECOVERY OPTIONS.
How to view usage

Launch the My Account App.

Enter your Virgin Plus number or username and password and click Log in

Touch Usage.
Step 4 of 11
Your usage overview is displayed. Additional details about each usage type can be seen by tapping on the desired type. Touch Data.

Your Data usage is displayed. Touch the usage period drop down menu to pick a date range from the past.

Other types of usage you can view are Voice, Long distance, Text. Touch Voice.

Your local calling usage is displayed. Touch the usage period drop down menu to see information from the past.
