- What is online booking?

Online booking is a convenient way of booking your travel via the internet. Using Vistara’s online services you can:

- How do I cancel my ticket?

If your booking is done through our website or mobile app, you may cancel it by logging on to our website www.airvistara.com, under the Manage Booking tab.

Cancellation of a booking is permitted up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight for travel within India and 4 hours prior to scheduled departure when travelling outside India. 

- Can I do a return flight check-in?

Yes.You can opt for a return check-in if you are flying back within 48 hours through all these options:

Self-check-in through the website or mobile app.

Kiosk check-in at selected airports.

- What is the hand baggage allowance?

Please find the below hand baggage allowance for travel within and outside India (1 pc only):

7kg in Economy Class

10kg in Premium Economy

12kg in Business Class
