It was really good before. But for the past year, I can't get my voicemail, no notifications, missing texts. It's just useless now. It's a waste of space on my phone. I'll delete it and add a shortcut for my voicemail instead. Since I have to call anyway, why keep an app that's just taking up space? Looks like others are having the same problem and it's not getting fixed. So, goodbye.

Uninstall updates for the app if you're having issues. It's been frustrating when my inbox won't refresh or connect. Turning off auto updates and uninstalling each update has helped me avoid these problems. Hopefully, this tip can help others too!

I've had this app for about 4 years now. After their update, it stopped working suddenly. I contacted tech support but they weren't helpful. I emailed them but never got a response. I have important voicemails on the app that I'd be devastated to lose, so I don't want to delete it. Because the app isn't functioning properly, I can't forward or save the voicemails. This situation makes me really sad. Also, I'm not receiving message notifications for new voicemails. Kindly resolve this issue.

I really like this voicemail app. It's free and easy to use. You can pay for a feature that transcribes your voicemails, but I didn't need it. I dislike calling my voicemail, listening to the prompts, and pressing buttons to save or delete messages. It's annoying and not convenient. This app solves those problems. You can see all your voicemails, delete them individually or in batches, customize your greeting, and do all this without dealing with automated recordings.

I've been dealing with this syncing issue for a year now, and it's really frustrating. I've followed all the app's instructions regarding permissions and settings, but it still won't sync properly. Every day, it keeps telling me it can't sync. As a result, I have to listen to my voicemail messages by calling in and write down the important ones that require my attention. I used to find it convenient to save messages in Visual Voicemail for quick access, but that's no longer possible. I'm now searching for another Visual Voicemail app that has a proven track record of reliability.

It's been more than a month since I posted this and still haven't gotten any feedback? My visual voicemail hasn't been working properly for a few months. At first, I thought it was my phone acting up, but even after buying the new Samsung A20 two weeks ago, the issue persists. I keep getting error messages and haven't received a new voicemail in over a month. Despite checking all my settings to ensure everything is turned on, I couldn't find anything wrong. So, I decided to uninstall the app and move on.
