The scanning feature is not working well lately, and it's having trouble recognizing labels. The camera feature is super slow even though I have a high-end phone. When I try to read reviews for a wine, they keep jumping around because ads and other things load slowly and mess up the screen.

Vivino is making changes to their premium service that are not well received. Users are unhappy about the long splash screen at startup, missing features, high subscription prices, annoying ads, and poor targeting. People wonder if user-generated content like reviews and ratings will sustain them as they focus on subscriptions. It's disappointing to see the app becoming less usable when many value their wine library and history.

I like using this app to remember the wines I've tasted, organize my collection, discover new wines, and create taste profiles. The label scanning feature works quite well, although it's not perfect. However, I find that the ratings from other users are too high to be helpful, and the tasting notes can be a bit confusing. Also, the user interface has become more complicated over time, making it harder to navigate.

I really like this app and always use it before purchasing a bottle of wine. It's great for checking reviews and learning about the taste of the wine, so I can decide if I'll like it. It would be helpful if there was an option to add notes before rating a bottle. That way, I could remember where I bought it, how much I paid, or who recommended it to me for future reference after trying it.

I love this app! I'm in Germany and I travel a lot around Europe for work. Vivino helps me discover new wines and keep track of the ones I like in different places. I can even order my favorite wines from other countries through the app and have them delivered to my home here in Germany. It's really handy for my travels.

You've been using Vivino for a while and you love the wine community there. It's a great app to share your experiences. But there are some bugs that are still not fixed. The challenges on your profile are helpful but you need to complete one to unlock the next, which is a problem if you're stuck even after finishing everything.

Your favorite app has become less enjoyable because of recent changes. Free features are now only accessible through paid subscriptions, which are quite expensive. The excessive advertising is also frustrating. It seems like even the label scanner might soon be restricted to subscribers. It's disappointing. Looks like you'll have to find a better user-friendly app.

The app works fine, but the design is a bit annoying. There are too many moving things and extra pages. Giving a half-star rating is surprisingly hard without accidentally doing something else on the screen. It's usually impossible for me to do it.

I really liked this app before, but the new update added a super expensive payment requirement for the main feature I needed. I wouldn't mind paying, but going from free to a high yearly price is too much. And having both the high cost and ads is really bad. Either one alone would be okay.

Used to rate it as 5, but now only a 1. It was great before, but recent updates made it worse. The new ads are annoying and the scanning function doesn't work well anymore. After scanning, if you click "recent scans," it directs you to a page pushing you to buy the expensive premium version. You have to go back and find "my wines" to see your scan. The label detection is also inaccurate. Plus, there are way too many updates that seem unnecessary. I suggest skipping this app.
