VK - Social media platform

I've been using this app for like 5 or 6 years now. It was working great till about 2 weeks ago when it suddenly stopped functioning. I tried updating it, clearing the cache and data, but no luck. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I still can't log in. I have a stable international connection but it's not working. Please fix this issue as soon as you can. Thanks a lot!

This app is really amazing. It has awesome music with live channels and albums. I've found some cool Russian pop and indie music through it. There's also a wide range of news, photography, basically something for everyone. It definitely outshines Western social media platforms.

Oh man, ever since that new app update, it's been a total mess! First off, the interface is just terrible. And can you believe it, I can't even log in with my email or sign up properly. Then there's this annoying call verification thing that doesn't even give me the code I need. And to top it off, when I try to sign in another way, I get hit with an error message saying I can't confirm by phone. What in the world is going on with this app? It's like a circus in here! 🤡

When I'm listening to an audiobook, I hate that I have to stay in the app at all times. It's so frustrating because whenever I switch out of the app, the audio stops and I lose my progress. It's really annoying! I really wish they could fix this issue so I can listen to my audiobooks more comfortably. Just save our progress so we don't have to start over every time! Please, just make this adjustment and your app will be amazing again.

So, imagine you're checking out this new app, not your usual Instagram or Snapchat vibe, right? But hey, it's got the potential to be just as cool. The only downside? Everything's in Russian! For folks like us living in different parts of the world where Russian isn't the norm, it would really help if we could select the language and content based on where we are. I mean, not all of us are Russian speakers, so that stands out as the main hiccup. Other than that, this app seems pretty awesome!

Over the past few days, I've been struggling to update my feed and messages on VKontakte. I kept getting an error message. Just a moment ago, I uninstalled the app, and the process of trying to restore my password was terrible. I couldn't restore it at all! It asked for my last name as displayed on my profile, I entered it, and it kept saying it was the wrong last name. Then it requested my profile URL, but when I input it, it said it was incorrect. Next, it provided a list of profiles to search for my URL, but mine didn't show up (possibly because I had my settings configured so that no platforms could find me). It was just a horrible experience overall.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would definitely go for that. This app has been a real headache lately. No matter how many times I try, I just can't get into my account. It keeps showing me this annoying "loading error" message and tells me to check my internet connection, even though my internet is working fine. Now I can't even access some of my games that are connected to this app. Please sort out these issues and show us that you're not the worst developers out there.
