    The new app is not great. I understand the intention to combine deals and delivery in one app, but its design is bad. It's like the Kroger app, which is also not user-friendly. It's hard to find where to go for specific tasks, and it's difficult to quickly sort through the deals. The fonts are too small, and not everyone has perfect vision. I used to be able to shop at Vons and Albertsons within one app, but now it seems like I have to use separate apps for each. The redesign is not good at all.

    Oh no, there's an issue with adding items when the coupon says it's no longer available even though it's still valid for 10-30 more days. Why not just remove the coupon if it's not usable? I'm not very tech-savvy, but dealing with this app can be really irritating. It takes forever to navigate through everything. Between using the app for shopping and constantly spotting errors on my receipts, it almost feels like having a part-time job.

    So, when you think about it, the first things that pop up are delays and frustrations. And let's not forget about how irritating it is when they automatically add a tip for the delivery person without even asking. Plus, sometimes when you try to view your past orders, the info is all over the place or just plain wrong. I mean, the old version of this app was way simpler to navigate. Hey, here's some advice — your customers would really appreciate shopping with you more if the app was more user-friendly. Maybe you could bring back the older version of the app if it's still around.

    Oh, this app is so frustrating to use now! When I try to look at coupon details, the text gets cut off, and there's no more information even when I tap for it. It's really difficult to navigate and not even worth the trouble. They told me to use the chat in the app, but seriously, why don't they just go back to the old version that actually worked? I don't want to waste my time chatting with a slow bot. Just bring back the previous version already!

    I prefer shopping at Grocery Outlet or Trader Joe's instead of Vons because Vons is too expensive. To get a good deal at Vons, you have to find five mix and match items or use the Vons app. The app is great and I rate it 5 stars for helping me lower my bill. However, I give Vons 3 stars because their regular prices are too high. Their store has a good selection of products but for some items on my list, I go to another store where they are $1.00 or more cheaper. The customer service at Vons is excellent both in-store and over the phone.

    I really enjoy going to my neighborhood Vons store, the staff there is always so nice and willing to lend a hand. However, I've been feeling quite annoyed with the Von's app lately, especially when it comes to the U coupons. When I spot an item in the ad that I frequently buy, only to not find it after swiping through HUNDREDS of coupons, it really gets on my nerves! It feels like such a waste of my time and honestly, it's rather disrespectful to loyal customers like me. Albertson's just automatically gives their customers the coupons if they have a club card, so why can't Vons do the same?

    I just checked out the new format, and it's pretty bad. It's hard to find things and I can't navigate easily. It's not friendly for users at all. I don't have time to search for the deals or items I need. Now, I have to go through the paper ad, mark what I want, and then search for it on the app. Even the desktop version changed and it's not easy to use either. This new format is not efficient. I'm just going to use my rewards this time and shop somewhere else.

    I really like the changes they made to the new app. They added many new features that bring the app up-to-date. My favorite addition is the new ability to leave tips. I hardly ever use cash anymore, so it used to be a hassle to remember to stop and get cash just to leave a tip. Now, I no longer have to worry about that. For those of you who don't leave tips, shame on you!

    This app has been a big part of my routine during the pandemic. I didn't use it as frequently before, but now I rely on it several times a week. It used to have some issues, but they've improved over time. However, tonight it started crashing unexpectedly. Following the first crash, a notification suggested clearing the cache, but that didn't resolve the issue. I tried restarting my phone next, but that also didn't work. When I uninstalled the app in hopes of a fresh start, I hit a roadblock - it wouldn't reinstall successfully. Urgency needed to fix this app! By the way, huge shoutout to the amazing staff at my local Vons store. Please sort out this app situation ASAP! It deserved 4 stars until the crash happened.
