I'm having some trouble with my rewards account. My friends seem to easily earn points when they chat or complete tasks, while I can't get any points even after doing everything. They don't even need to buy gold coins to chat because it's free for them, unlike me who has to recharge to purchase gold coins just to chat. I've tried recharging to buy gold coins and even upgraded to VIP, but I'm still not earning any points. Instead, I only receive gold coins. Can you please help me fix this issue? I've already spent money, so I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Oh man, this software is such a rip-off! Every time you get a message, they want you to pay up. And guess what? Those girls messaging you are totally fake. This app is really not good at all, especially for Nigerian users. They only give you matches for 1-3 days, then no one reaches out to you anymore. You need at least 2000 points to withdraw which equals $20, but it's impossible to reach that amount. They limit your matches, messages, and calls if they notice you're trying hard to make money. The owner of this app really needs to put in more effort to improve it so people don't waste their data waiting for results.
