Step 1

Find the app in the PlayStore and install it.

Step 2

Open the app. You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Step 3

Give the app the permissions it needs to work, including running in the background.

Step 4

Activate Data Roaming in the device settings.

Step 5

Make the VozApp app the default for call management.

Step 6

Review the final instructions. VozApp is ready!

Fix VozApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VozApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

2. Update the VozApp App. Here is how:

On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VozApp" » Open VozApp » click "Update".

On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VozApp » click "UPDATE".

3. Clear VozApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VozApp servers.

On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VozApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

4. Check VozApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VozApp might not work.

5. Uninstall and reinstall VozApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VozApp then reinstall.

6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VozApp not working
