    I tried this app about two weeks ago and it turned out to be a disaster. The Windows version barely worked and switching between servers was a nightmare. On my Android phone, the connection was so unstable and it took forever to connect. Plus, there's no refund policy! I definitely won't recommend it to anyone. But just yesterday, the Android version stopped working altogether. Even though it was always a struggle, at least I could eventually connect before. Now, nothing. And because it's been more than 30 days since I bought it, I can't get my money back. To make matters worse, I have to pay for another month because the minimum subscription is two months. I asked for a refund long ago but never heard back. Vypr isn't just a bad app, it's also a dishonest company. I'm switching to a different VPN provider.

    I've used this app for years. The VPN offers many options for speed or security. Having a lot of locations, especially in the US, is great. It's easy to find a nearby location when I travel. The app is clean and simple, with constant usability improvements.

    In general, it's alright and usually works well. But the user experience is not great. Sometimes it shows as connected when it's actually not, so you can't be sure until you check the app. They also got rid of the automatic "connect to fastest server" feature, which was a terrible idea. Now I have to select the server manually every time. Overall, not a good user experience.

    The issue remains unresolved. Two days ago, the problem resurfaced and, as expected, no response from customer support was received. About three months back, the matter was addressed by Level 2 support. It is not a scam, but improvement in response time is desired. Suddenly, access to my created account has been lost. Customer support has not replied to any inquiries about resolving the access problem, despite my account being paid for a full year.

    Everything was working fine until the update in summer 2019. Now, I've had this service for less than 4 months and experienced problems on both Android and Apple OSX since the update. Recently, there are still issues with the auto-connect/reconnect feature. Sometimes, I notice that the VPN isn't connected at all, which is concerning because the Kill-Switch feature also seems unreliable. I have decided that I will not renew my subscription.
