2. How do I change my membership information?

✅ Change your Wadiz membership information

You can change your nickname, email, and contact information at any time in the MyWadiz basic information settings.

When you change your mobile phone number, a verification code is sent to the new contact, and when you change your email, a verification code is sent to your new email. Your contact information will only change once you've been verified.

In MyWadiz settings, you can change your profile information, basic information, password, and notification settings. In the notification settings, you can set various notifications such as member, service, event, benefit notifications, and news.

3. How do I check my funding participation history (payment number, order number)?

    1. Log in and click on 'MyWadiz'.

    2. If you want to check the details of your participation in funding and pre-orders, click 'Funding/Pre-order' and check your purchase history in the store

If you want to do it, click on 'Store'.

    3. Click View Details of the desired project to check the payment number and reward details.

    4. Participatory funding. You can check the pre-order project's payment number or store order number.

6. How do I get a personal customs clearance code?

✅ Issuance of Wadiz Personal Customs Clearance Code

You can access the Korea Customs Service or the personal customs clearance code site to get it.

✅ Participated in Wadiz Overseas Direct Sales

If you want to participate in the overseas direct purchase (purchasing agency) project, you need to obtain a personal customs clearance code at the payment reservation stage.

Please enter.

You can apply for a personal customs clearance code through the Korea Customs Service or the personal customs clearance unique code site after simple identity verification.

It will be issued immediately upon application.

The Personal Customs Clearance Code consists of a 13-digit number that begins with the letter P.

You can still use the code and look it up at any time.
