Walgreens - Pharmacy & photo printing

So, there's this huge famous company and their app is just terrible. It's super slow and the coupons I save on it never work when I try to use them (and yes, I did type in my phone number correctly). The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because it does make it easier to refill my prescriptions.

This app is awesome for finding deals. I really like how it displays all the deals and coupons related to what you're looking at. The feature for tracking family prescriptions is also helpful. It lets me keep an eye on everyone's medications without having to call for refills or check on the status. It's super convenient. I only gave it four stars since it's not working perfectly, even though the setup is great.

The app is good and most glitches are fixed. I order prescriptions for my whole family without much trouble. Before, it would get stuck if you cancelled a script, but I think they fixed that. You can also let them know when you pick up. If you need more detailed prescription info, you have to visit the website. Shopping on the app is great, and I've had no problems placing orders. In general, the app works well and I use it often.

I used the photo section of the app and it was super easy to use. I could resize, add copies, and delete pictures easily. It was a last minute project for me. The only thing that disappointed me was that the store was supposed to text me when my order was ready, but they didn't. Overall, I will definitely use the app again!

This app is really hard to use. When I found coupons online and then signed in, they disappeared. I had to contact customer service for a coupon code. Also, during checkout, you can't see pictures beside your orders, so it's confusing to delete items. I hope they reach out to me to make the process smoother because it almost made me look for alternatives.

The app is not good. Paper coupons were better. They at least worked when clipped, whether for 5 minutes or a week. Even if you're a long-time customer and a member, with your phone number registered, the app still fails to recognize your clipped coupons, causing you to miss out on money and rewards.

This app is so amazing! It's super convenient for keeping track of all your medications and easily sharing the list with your doctors or hospital. I really appreciate the reminders for medication refills, and it's so simple to place an order at a specific day and time. Huge thanks to Walgreens for this helpful tool! J.D.R.

The app is not working properly with the pharmacy, making it hard to upload insurance information. Even when I try to cancel a prescription, the pharmacy still prepares it and asks me to pick it up. When I attempt to transfer it to another location, it continues to be filled at the old one. It would be helpful if I could speak to someone on the phone, but it's impossible, and the app only adds to the inefficiency. The whole process really needs to be revamped.

I really like the app. It's been a great experience overall. I recommend it because it simplifies the process and speeds things up, especially when it sends alerts. This app is not good at all. Lately, it's been very slow and crashes every time I try to use it or order some photos. When I scroll through the gallery, it freezes and then crashes. Even when it did work before all these freezing and crashing issues, there was no guarantee we would get the crop option to prevent cutting off someone's head because we couldn't choose what to crop. I used to only rely on Walgreens for my photos, but now I can't even use it for anything. It's really disappointing!
