Wayfair - Furniture shopping

So, my experience with this app used to be fantastic, a solid 5 stars all the way. But, things took a turn just recently - just a couple of days back. You see, there was this software update and ever since, I'm unable to do what I need the most - track my order! And let me tell you, tracking my order is like the bread and butter of this app for me. So, pretty please, if there's any chance, can you fix this tracking issue as soon as possible? I've got a bunch of items on their way to me, including some furniture! I did try to troubleshoot on my end, ya know. I gave the app a fresh start by reinstalling it. Logged out and back in, too. Now, I can view my orders just fine. But, the moment I hit that track button, bam! An "unexpected error" message pops up and ruins the party. All this drama started right after those software updates rolled in at the beginning of January. Oddly enough, before January 2019 kicked in, everything ran smooth as butter on all my phones.

Man, this app is such a letdown. It crashes all the time when I'm trying to scroll through the insane number of items they have - seriously, it's like 15 billion or something! If I had as many crashes in real life as this app does, my insurance company would probably drop me. And don't even get me started on the whole saving your search thing - it just doesn't work. Every time you want to switch to a different item, you have to re-enter all your details again. Such a pain!

When you're browsing through any category and scroll down, you keep seeing the same items repeated in a loop, even if you go quickly. So, I had this little hiccup when trying to use my Wayfair credit card to place an order. But hey, guess what? The super nice lady in customer service totally came to my rescue and sorted it all out in a jiffy! Seriously, she was on top of things - got the problem sorted, fixed my issue, and processed my order in under 5 minutes. She's a real gem and any company would be lucky to have her! I'm really enjoying this app, but there are a couple of things that keep bugging me. Firstly, there's this weird thing where sometimes when I tap on a small picture of something in blue color, the actual item that pops up is in yellow, which can be frustrating. And then there's this other problem where as I'm scrolling down, suddenly everything just disappears and then reappears all jumbled up, making me lose my place. It's kind of annoying, to be honest!

The prices are just okay, not too bad but nothing fantastic either. I do have an issue with their marketing tactics. I often receive notifications that claim "Sink storage UNDER $10", but when I click the link, there are actually 271 items listed and none of them cost less than $10. Additionally, the heading on the page changes to "...from $9.99." For example, there's a 25-pack of disposable stoppers priced at $16, so technically the price per item is less than $10, but they're only sold in packs. It's really misleading marketing, and this happens every single time.

Okay, so it sounds like you're really frustrated with the "price per item" filter on the website. You just want to search for a patio furniture set without worrying about the price per item, right?
