    The new updates are not good because now many watch faces that used to be free are asking for payment. This means there are only 8 faces available now which is not good for users. I hope they add more free Analog and Digital watch faces. Also, they need to quickly fix the disconnect problem between the watch and the application.

    Approximately a week ago, this app started using up more battery power. Even when I leave the app running in the background and charge my phone using a computer USB port (~500mA), it doesn't charge effectively. The only way to fix this is by completely shutting down the app and its background services. However, this also prevents me from using the notification service without affecting my phone's battery life. Additionally, the app has low-quality translations and some measurements are not saved. Overall, it's not a reliable app.

    There is a Chinese app that crashes all the time. The watch faces have to be paid for and they are all in Chinese. Information is leaking from my phone. It asks for unnecessary permissions. The main reason I don't like this app is the excessive advertising. Have I paid for ads? Crazy. It's almost impossible to pair the watch every day. It keeps searching for the watch and quickly drains the phone battery. My advice is not to buy Crossbeats products. They should be banned.

    The app doesn't install watchfaces on the watch, even though it says there's an update. The watch is already updated to the latest firmware. Only three notifications show up: phone, sms, and whatsapp. No notifications from gmail, facebook, or instagram. Many people have faced issues with this app for months, but nothing has been fixed. None of the watches work properly with this app. Perhaps it's time to consider if you're in the right business. Have you thought about selling hot dogs instead?

    The app is really good, but there are some things missing. For example, I wish it had games or a music app. Also, the time display is too large and covers up the wallpaper. It would be better if we could resize the time display and choose where to place it. I hope these issues can be addressed quickly. Thank you. If you fix them, I will give the app 5 stars.

    The apps and smartwatch are really great. They just have a few small issues that need to be fixed by the developer to make them even better. The smartwatch keeps ringing for calls even when set to silent. The latest update has bugs causing the watch to reset, losing custom wallpapers, and resetting dimming levels. The bluetooth connectivity is also problematic. I appreciate the developer's efforts in resolving these issues.

    The watch is not worth the money. It's cheap and not accurate. It counted extra steps while driving on a bumpy road. It hasn't synced with the app for 3 days. I'll probably return it and get a Fitbit or Galaxy Watch instead, which are more reliable.
