Wegmans - Grocery shopping ease

I really love Wegmans, you know? Their drive-up service is just fantastic! The only thing is, the app could really use some work. It's kind of slow and glitchy, you know? There have been times when it just totally crashes on me! I've had to call the store a few times to tell them I'm there to pick up my order because the app isn't working. I've started going to different grocery stores instead because their apps work way better than this one.

I really loved Wegmans before, especially the old app - it was like a game changer! I even recommended it to other shoppers in the store. But this new app... Oh my goodness, it's just terrible! I might as well go back to my paper list. The people in charge of making this new app have completely missed the point. When I shop for groceries, I need things to be quick and easy. All the good stuff from the old app is gone! I can't even figure out how to clear my list each week, especially since I usually buy the same things every time.

I truly enjoy shopping at Wegmans, but I had high hopes when I began using their app. Unfortunately, I was let down. Although the app is useful in guiding me to the items' locations and generally being accurate about their availability in-store, the inventory doesn't seem to be up-to-date or comprehensive. This limits its usefulness. Furthermore, the barcode for the Shoppers Club was too tiny to be scanned at my register. I had to resort to another app where I had it saved to complete the transaction.

I will tell you about this app. Users loved it before. They could easily make shopping lists, the items loaded fast, the organization was top-notch, and they could search for items at their nearby store. But then, it seems like the developers wanted to change something that was working fine. Now, after the recent update, it is almost impossible to use. It runs very slowly, the list is all over the place, it keeps freezing, and I honestly don't like it at all. I hope they bring back the previous version because this new one is making me consider not shopping at Wegmans anymore.

Please bring back the old version of this app! It was great before. I could keep track of all my favorite items easily. When it was time to shop, I just copied that list, removed what I didn't have, added a few more things and went to the store. But now, everything has changed for the worse. The app is slow, hard to use, and confusing. The items aren't listed properly anymore. All the best features are gone. It's like the people behind this app don't even use it, or they would know how bad this new version is.

Sure thing! The old app was fantastic, wasn't it? Wegmans is such a great place to shop, I'm there all the time. But this new app is just not cutting it – it's so sluggish and it's missing a lot of useful features that the old one had. Remember how easy it was to see your most frequently bought items? Now, they're all jumbled up and you have to go through pages just to find what you need. And searching for items is a nightmare now, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Plus, removing items from your list is a hassle since you have to delete each one manually. All that convenience we used to enjoy is nowhere to be found.

For almost a year now, I've been using this service and generally I’m really pleased with it. The charges for each order on top of the yearly fee may appear a little high, but that doesn’t discourage me from utilizing the service. It offers excellent service, a variety of choices, and fair prices especially with Wegmans brand items. Most of the time, the shoppers and delivery personnel are outstanding.
