    The app layout is not user-friendly for choosing the free plan. When you click the button to select a plan, it doesn't automatically choose the free one, so you have to close that window and find another menu where you can pick it. Surprisingly, even for the free plan, you still need to provide your credit card details, which seems like the 'free' plan might actually be just a trial offer in disguise.

    Service is great, many gyms to choose from. Only downside is only one check-in per day. Would be better if we could check in at two places a day.

    Gympass is a great perk for employees, but many people find the app's interface terrible. I like that they recently added a feature to mark favorites. However, a major problem is when I book a class at certain studios, I receive a confirmation email but it doesn't show up in "my bookings" or on Mindbody. I'd prefer using Gympass as a payment option within the Mindbody app.

    Searching for gyms is a pain. It keeps reloading and it's so hard to use. I notice that sometimes it doesn't display all the gyms that are there. What I do is search for the gyms I like, add them as favorites, and then filter only the favorites. I don't get why it keeps logging me out randomly. Whenever I try to check in at a gym, it prompts me to rate the previous one, which annoys me.
