Monitor Heart Health & Stress with HRV on Smart Devices

Discover a comprehensive solution for monitoring your heart health with the Welltory: Heart Rate Monitor app. This innovative tool offers the ability to track heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, stress levels, and overall wellness using the scientifically validated method of heart rate variability (HRV). With over 8 million users and recognition from top institutions, the app stands out for its accuracy and reliability in providing personalized health insights.

The application employs photoplethysmography (PPG), a non-invasive technique, to detect heart rate directly from a smartphone camera or connected wearable device. Get personalized results regarding stress, sleep patterns, and general fitness levels to enhance wellbeing. Users can also log blood pressure data manually or sync with a blood pressure monitor for deeper cardiovascular insights.

Integration with over 140 data sources is part of the package, including popular fitness, sleep, and meditation apps such as Google Fit, FitBit, and SleepCycle, ensuring a comprehensive view of health. The activity and fitness tracker helps adapt training zones and assess the impact of different workouts on heart health.

The stress tracking feature provides key indicators of stress levels and offers guidance for stress relief and management of panic attacks or insomnia. In addition to physical health, the service functions as a productivity tool by tracking screen time and providing smart recommendations to enhance day-to-day efficiency.

Designed with heart health as a priority, the platform also includes a Wear OS app for compatible devices, which facilitates quick and convenient access to measurements and new monitoring sessions.

This sophisticated tool does not replace medical devices or professional EKG interpretation and should be used as a guide to understand heart health. If experiencing any health concerns, consulting a doctor is recommended. Embrace Welltory: Heart Rate Monitor to keep an attentive eye on cardiovascular wellness and take proactive steps towards maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

I use this app along with a Polar H10. Not sure about the camera, but with the H10, the results are usually accurate and match how I feel. If they don't, I listen to my body to figure things out. The app aids in knowing myself better. Getting an accurate reading of 100 RR is easy, but measuring 300 RR with a low pulse is tricky as it takes 5-7 minutes.

The app is really cool and has a great design. It can do a lot of things. There are some issues with managing pop-ups on Android though. Send me a private message about that. Also, it would be useful if some graph data could be viewed in fullscreen mode and maybe zoomed in to see how events match up with other apps or data.

I've been wanting an app like this for so long, and Welltory really delivered! The app is amazing, but if I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars. I think it's worth the subscription fee, but $12.99 a month is too expensive for me right now. I do plan to switch to the annual plan eventually because it's a much better deal. The promo they had was only 20% off the first month, which I didn't find very enticing.

The idea sounds good, but the app kept saying my readings were bad. I did everything as instructed each time, but still got the same feedback. Not sure what else the app can offer if the main feature doesn't work. Also, it wanted me to do more tests than allowed during the trial period, so couldn't really see if the testing worked at all. Plus, it caused issues with other apps while I was doing the test. I kept getting error messages about apps not responding, even though they weren't open. Strange, right? Something's definitely off. I'm uninstalling it.

The app helps me pay attention to my body's signals and tells me how to enhance my well-being. It's helpful to observe how my body responds to different activities like walking, exercising, or meditating. I appreciate that I can input my blood pressure readings, and it's reassuring to see that both tools show a similar heart rate. Adding a daily note feature for more detailed information would be a nice improvement.

This app gets 3 stars from me. The graphics are flashy and look pretty, but that's probably the only good thing about it if you don't pay for a subscription. The heart rate monitor is slow and only accurate occasionally. It doesn't show your heart rate record or graph clearly. Even after using it for months, it still says it doesn't have enough data. Also, there are annoying pop-up articles giving tips I already know. So why would I pay for more of the same?

It's a great app with quality features that help you understand how your body is responding to different situations. I have chronic health issues, so my health is never perfect. Sometimes the results showing 100% health can be confusing, but I remind myself that it's based on HRV. The app gives an overall picture of how your body is coping, even if you're facing challenges. It's an amazing app with room to grow in the future.

Trying to use an app to show my heart rate was a hassle with confusing menus and connection issues. It sort of worked but not really, probably because my device wasn't compatible (Coospo). It was frustrating and not worth it. I returned the app and uninstalled it. Update: Gave one extra star for the developer's quick response, I understand it's hard to make an app that works on various phones with different sensors. However, I already returned the sensor so I won't be trying again.
