Wendy’s - Fast food deals

The app sometimes forgets who I am, even on the same device. When I try to log in with my password, it doesn't recognize me. Then, when I go to reset my password, I get an error message and I never receive the email with the link to create a new password. This has caused me to lose points because I had to create a new account with a different email. Additionally, I've missed out on points because they expired while I couldn't access the app. Trying to request missing points is also a challenge because the "choose file" button doesn't function properly.

I really like Wendy's, but their app is not good. It always has problems. Every 2-3 times I order through the app, I have to delete and reinstall it because it doesn't apply discounts or just doesn't work. Sometimes I just give up and go to Popeyes instead. Popeyes is just as far, but their app always works fine. Today, I reinstalled the Wendy's app and now it's not working at all. I'm tired of going through so many steps just to order my food. It's not worth my time.

It's annoying. The app is great when it works, but I've had trouble 5 times already at the restaurant. The app keeps logging me out and then won't let me log back in. I go to Wendy's for their offers and rewards, but I can't get them if I can't log in!

It's interesting to see that many people struggle with the app. Personally, I haven't faced any issues except for the constant notification. I only open the app when I want to order food. I redeem my deals or rewards, check in while approaching, pick up my meal, and go. This method has always worked for me without fail. Maybe this is why some still prefer ordering in person - due to difficulties or not fully understanding how to use the app. 🤔

The app doesn't work well, and even when it does, the offer won't scan in-store. Wendy's workers struggle to bring up the offer after scanning the barcode. They often have to manually apply the discount. Some don't honor the offer if they can't scan it, so I have to input it in the mobile app instead. It's disappointing and frustrating not using the app at Wendy's, although I do like their food.

The deals are great, payment system works, menu interface allows easy customization. Even if the app was mostly broken, it'd still be worth downloading for the deals. It works great! Not sure if it was bad before, but now it works well on my android. I have many food apps, and this one is the best.

The app is not trustworthy because I faced issues while trying to deposit $45 into my Digital Account Balance. Although two $25 transactions were successful, the money didn't reflect in the app but was deducted from my bank accounts. Despite numerous phone calls and efforts made over a month to recover the money, it seems unlikely that I will get it back.
