How do I connect using the WestJet app?

1. Download the WestJet app before takeoff

    So this app was good before, but now when I try to add my boarding passes after checking in, it keeps taking me back to check-in. And when I ask for the boarding passes to be emailed, they never come through. So, I have no choice but to go for the print version at the airport for my boarding passes.

    This app sucks. I can't check in, add seats, or even add a ticket. Everything gives an error. We're at the airport now for our flight back from vacation and they told us we're on standby, even though we already booked and paid ages ago. WestJet is a total mess.

    The WestJet app barely works. Every action takes many tries and is super slow. You end up questioning if it's even still working because it takes so long to do anything.

    Trying to take a screenshot in the app results in a black screen. This feature was there before, but now it's gone. It would be great if they could bring back the seatback entertainment screens that other big airlines offer. The developer replied to my message, but didn't solve the main issue of not being able to take screenshots in the app.
