Whataburger - Order food quickly

I used to like this app, but recently it's been causing me a lot of trouble. It can't locate me and keeps freezing. I end up restarting it several times just to place an order. It's so frustrating that sometimes I give up and go somewhere else instead. This app is important for many people who prefer ordering online. They really need to fix it or they will lose customers.

I got the app and tried to order something. When I went to pay, it said delivery wasn't available but still charged me twice. I really like Whataburger but if the app keeps messing up like this, I'm just going to delete it. The first experience is crucial for me. If you can't get it right the first time, I won't give you a second chance, especially when it comes to my money.

I couldn't log in, kept getting redirected in a loop. I have an account - used email but it said Facebook instead. Tried using Facebook as prompted, loop continued. Even clicking "forgot password" sent me back to the loop. App used to be great with no issues, but after a few months of this, I gave up. They fixed it since then.

The food is made perfectly and always arrives promptly. However, feeding a family of three can be quite expensive, costing over $20 for one adult and two kids. You do receive rewards, but if you try to use coupons from the app more than once, it won't work as they expire quickly. Despite this, the staff is very friendly and the food is consistently served hot.

The app is not working. I tried to order, it took the order and processed it. A few minutes later, I received a response saying the order was canceled. When I tried to order again, it said the pickup method was no longer available. Yet, the drive-thru option was still active. When I attempted another order, it allowed me to proceed past that step. However, as I tried to check out and make payment, the app crashed due to a system error. This keeps happening every time I try to use the app, going back and forth between these two problems.

Ordering through the app at Whataburger is super easy! I usually place my order around 5 minutes before I arrive, and when I get there, my food is almost always hot and ready just like I asked for. I enjoy being able to personalize my burger - my favorite is a double with Swiss cheese on Texas toast with all the toppings. It can get busy during rush hour, so I recommend avoiding the drive-thru because they sometimes struggle with managing two lanes. One thing I wish could be improved is that the app would use the money I have in it before charging my bank account.

Installing the Whataburger app brings me great deals. I enjoy using it because my food is always prepared when I reach the restaurant. Additionally, they prepare fresh fries as soon as I get there.

The app is great and works perfectly, but it's missing an important feature - the option to cancel an order. Today, I drove to my nearby Whataburger after ordering food for pick up through the drive thru. Unfortunately, there was a long line at the drive thru and the restaurant was understaffed, so they couldn't bring my order to me at the front door. I looked in the app for a way to cancel my order, but there wasn't one.

I really like this app and would totally rate it 5 stars. But there's this one super annoying thing that bothers me. So, when I'm checking out all the rewards to see what I can get, sometimes I accidentally swipe left to check "My Rewards" or right to see "Offers". It's too sensitive and easily switches lists. Also, when I return to the main "All Rewards" list, it refreshes and sends me back to the top. It drives me crazy! Needs to be fixed.

The app should let users choose their location instead of automatically changing it every time. Users should be able to change the location if they want. They should not be forced to use the GPS-determined location. Alternatively, users could save their preferred location for ordering. I've wasted so much time going to the wrong place because the location keeps changing. The app is great overall, but the location feature needs improvement.
