There is no mandatory usage period even when using the free benefit, and you can easily cancel it at any time.

If you cancel your membership by the day before it is converted to a paid membership, you will not be charged for your membership.

How do I cancel my automatic membership?

Depending on how you sign up, there are different ways to cancel your membership.

How to Cancel Your Willa Membership?

- Click on the Willa app → your profile in the top right corner → your current membership (e.g. Willa Combined Membership >) and check your → payment method → [Request Termination]

- Login to Willa Web → → Upper left 三 → Account/Purchase Management → Check Payment Methods → [Request Termination]

-If the cancellation application is completed and it is confirmed that the payment has been suspended, it means that the cancellation has been successful.

-If the expiration date is confirmed, not a cancellation request, the paid payment will not be converted and will be terminated immediately after the expiration date.

-Even if you cancel, you can use your membership until the expiration date.

-If you delete the APP without canceling after signing up for membership, it does not mean that you will cancel the automatic payment, so please cancel it by the above route.

-Please note that you must proceed with the cancellation method guided according to the payment method to process the cancellation normally:D

I paid for it, but I didn't use it. Can I get a refund?

Welaa Membership

- Free trial benefit is offered only once upon initial signup.

- Membership costs are auto-renewed monthly after the first month of free usage from the signup date.

- Membership fee includes VAT and payment processing fees.

- The membership payment will be charged to your account (Google Play Store) on the last day of each subscription period, and the subscription will renew automatically.

- To cancel auto-renewal, it must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period from [My Welaa>Membership Status]. If canceled, the next month's membership fee will not be charged, and service access will continue until the end of the remaining period.

- You can cancel auto-renewal in [My Welaa > Membership Status]. In this case, further payments won't be processed, and the service will remain accessible for the remaining period.

- Deleting the Welaa app doesn't cancel the membership; you need to cancel the subscription in the Membership Status.
