    I'm finding it hard to communicate with the automated help as it doesn't ask or answer my questions correctly. It's frustrating to get connected to a real person. Despite that, WISH offers good prices and mostly fast shipping. If there is any issue with your order, customer service does respond quickly to arrange refunds. I appreciate being able to see the ratings of sellers, which helps me choose who to trust. In general, I enjoy using WISH for its quick shopping process.

    Overall, I found the online store quite good as there are plenty of interesting items and deals available. The only problem I encountered was that the shipping cost was not clearly shown until after I confirmed my purchase, and it appeared to change slightly when I reviewed my order. I might have misunderstood something, but that's the only 'problem' I've faced till now. The service has been pretty decent. I might provide an updated review after making a few more purchases.

    I used to love using Wish for shopping, but not anymore. The "Buy It Now" price is different from what you see at checkout. The shipping costs are too expensive – sometimes even higher than the items themselves. It takes a long time to get your items, and the tracking system isn't great. I wish there was an option to talk to a real customer service person.

    I really like shopping on Wish. It's fun to browse through all the different things they offer. But sometimes, the prices can be a bit misleading. The shipping costs often end up being more expensive than the actual item you're buying. And when you click on an item to see more details, the price tends to go up along with the shipping cost. I wish they would just have one fixed price for each item. It feels a bit dishonest when you think you're getting something for a certain price, but then it turns out to be more expensive. Despite this, I've been pretty happy with the stuff I've purchased from Wish. There have been a few issues here and there, but overall, it's been a good experience. It would also be helpful if they included size charts and material information for each item they sell.
