Word Challenge - Vocab & puzzles

There are so many ads, and they are really long. They pop up after every game. I enjoyed the challenge, it was great for my brain. But it's a shame they ruined it with all those ads. I deleted it after just 2 days. It was very annoying.

There are too many ads popping up. Before showing the hint, the app shows you multiple ads. Additionally, please do not include outdated English words in the database as 'sware' is not a commonly used word anymore.

Recently started playing this game and I am really enjoying it. I appreciate that there's no timer, allowing you to take your time. It's convenient how you can place the letters in the blocks without having to press "submit". Some players mention a "word of the day", but that feature isn't visible to me. I've been able to play multiple times within a day and each level presents new words. Although I haven't come across a "daily challenge" option, I am content with this version of the game.

I usually don't really care about adverts. But the ads in this app, they make other apps open without asking you first. I suggest you avoid it. There's something fishy about this one for sure.

So, I left a review yesterday and the response I got was just a plain "We're planning on releasing a new version in the future." It didn't even address the issue I pointed out or try to fix it. How hard would it have been to at least correct that one word I mentioned?

I want to give this game five stars, but I think it's not fair. When I have letters like S_A_E that could form different words, the game seems to change the answer until there are no more options left. Words like SCARE, STATE, SHAPE, SHAVE, and SHAME keep popping up. If it were fair, I would guess correctly on the 3rd or 4th try sometimes. Apart from that, this game is great.

When you play the puzzle game, ads will appear every time you solve a puzzle. One thing to note is that these ads won't disrupt your gameplay by suddenly popping up in the middle of a puzzle. This set-up is an improvement compared to Wordle in this aspect. On a separate occasion, the game got stuck and kept showing the same few words repeatedly for several hours before finally resolving the issue.

If you watch an ad, there's no hint. The ad keeps going and won't take you back to the game. You're left with two choices: either download the app or the ad stays without letting you return. Closing the game and restarting gives you a new game instead of where you stopped. Uninstalling it now.

Playing this game is a fun way to pass the time, but it can be frustrating when it freezes. I understand that ads support the app, but they often display a black screen that doesn't allow me to close or click on anything, forcing me to restart the game. This also happens with the hints, which can be annoying.
