The game freezes a lot and it's frustrating. If you promise coins for watching ads, make sure there are actually ads to watch instead of saying to come back later. It feels like a waste of time. I've been playing for an hour today and it froze about 15 times. If you have time to spare, this is the perfect game because you'll need to restart it every few seconds.

Playing Scrabble on this app is fun for me. If I could change one thing, I would increase the reward for winning the leadership board. I recently won it, but the prize didn't match the effort I put in to achieve it. If the reward was worth the $4.99 coins, it would be much better. I play this game a lot, but it's annoying when I keep getting too many "i's" and "u's." It becomes hard to win unless you spend money to swap tiles. It's always about spending more money, right?

The game is slow, maybe because it's overloaded. The subscription offer is excessive. The ads are annoying, especially the pop-up that takes you to the browser unexpectedly. Plus, in-game pop-ups are bothersome. Despite all this, I quite like the game. It has power-ups, tournaments, and various opponents, both AI and human.

Hey, why do coders dislike Samsung users? Also, there's this new thing - the colorful banner ad at the top makes the game board unplayable every time - it's terrible. Oh, they thought they had fixed it, but now the game won't load. It's been 2 years and the same problems keep happening. The game keeps crashing every time. Plus, the videos don't even play, and the app constantly crashes. And with another update, the issues persist. I wouldn't recommend installing this game because they seem clueless. The ads also don't work properly. I have to keep restarting my phone all the time. The latest update is just a total disaster. The videos either lag or don't play at all, and there's no concern from the developer.

I'm going to reinstall the game in the hope that it will solve the problem of not opening. I hope this works, but I'll lose all my progress. This situation is frustrating! I previously rated the game 2 stars due to various issues: freezing up, the chat feature being almost impossible to use, and no way to block people on the chats. However, now none of that matters because the screen goes completely black, freezes, and the game won't open at all! It was a fun game while it lasted... Please fix these issues!
