Wrike - Work management & collaboration

The user experience is not good as finding tasks across projects is difficult. The task view is too complicated and needs to be visually simplified. It's frustrating that only the main tasks show on the board and not the sub-tasks, making it hard to track progress. Overall, Wrike has not improved much since its launch despite my love for the application.

One thing to note about the mobile app is, even though it has some limitations, there are a few recommendations I have in mind. It would be fantastic if they could add a feature for +folder tagging, the ability to create projects/tasks straight from blueprints, and the option to quote from comments in the description box. I recently tried doing these things on my mobile device and iPad Pro but no luck. Despite those limitations, I really enjoy the cheer-on feature where you receive encouraging messages like "great work!" or "awesome!" It's the little things like that which truly brighten your day, don't you think?

So, when you click on Gantt, it doesn't show up and instead asks you to do something. If you want the user to pay, make that clear right at the beginning before they open an account, provide data, and invest time! Don't make them go through multiple steps to get what they want. The instructions are too complicated for busy managers nowadays. First, you collect their information like email and phone number, then leave them in the dark to figure things out. Customers aren't dumb these days, and this kind of guidance and strategy just frustrates them. You end up losing instead of gaining.

I adore this app! The design is fantastic, and I just love everything about it. I plan to use it for as long as it remains free. In my country, we can't pay for subscriptions, so I hope it continues to be free. Thank you!

This thing is a little tricky to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, there are a bunch of cool ways you can organize and share your plans. That's something I really enjoy about it.

Sure, there's a small tweak needed for this to be nearly perfect. Adding a table view will let us see all project tasks on one screen, making it easier to keep track. Otherwise, it's a fantastic package but we just need to fix this usability issue to make it complete.
