FAQs

Why can't I log in?

If you are sure that the password you are entering is correct (you can check by clicking the eye icon to the right of the password field, so you will see it without asterisks), and you still can't log in, check if the correct journal version has been selected from the list under the password field. Others available besides Vulcan include eSzkoła Opolska, Resman Rzeszów or Lubelski Portal Oświatowy.

If you are using a journal version other than the one selected by default, try using the assigned login instead of your email address to log in.

What is the Wulkanowy application?

Wulkanowy is an unofficial mobile application intended for students and parents using the Vulcan UONET+ journal.

What should I do if I forget my password?

You can reset your password on your journal page by clicking Restore access:

Check your email inbox. If the message is not in your Inbox, check the SPAM folder. Click the link in the message:

On this screen, enter your new password twice. This time, try to remember it so that you do not have to repeat the action in the future. Confirm your password change request again by clicking I am not a robot. To change your password, click the Set a new password button:

What is the difference between the STABLE and DEV versions?

STABLE version

This is the approved version of the app, recommended for the average user. We try to make the STABLE version as bug-free as possible. You can download it from the Play Store, AppGallery Store, F-Droid Catalog, or by downloading the APK file from our website.

DEV version

The DEV version is actually multiple versions, generated automatically when we code new features. It is primarily intended for app developers and testers of new features.

The basic DEV version (marked on the website as Latest DEV version) contains completed new features, but may have stability issues.

There are also DEV versions generated automatically for each feature we are currently working on. They are usually unstable or unfinished. As such, inexperienced users should not use them.

All types of DEV versions can be downloaded from our website and from our Discord server.

NOTE: DEV versions cannot be downloaded from the Play Store, so they must be updated manually.
