    I love this app so much! It's super easy to use, and I would absolutely recommend it. I've had it for three and a half months now, and it's been great. I always use my phone to arm and disarm the system, and I haven't come across any issues with the app. Even my 14-year-old daughter has had it on her phone since the beginning, and she always asks me if she can control it from her phone. She hasn't had any problems either. Thank you, Xfinity, for everything you do. You've got a customer for life!

    I keep trying to use this app but it's so slow even when my WiFi is working fine. Sometimes it won't even turn my alarm off or on properly. I've seen it show the wrong status for my alarm a few times. Just the other day, I wasted 15 minutes waiting for the alarm to set up. It just kept getting stuck on arming but never actually did it. And this all happened while I was on my own network. This app really needs a lot of fixing. It's the opposite of convenient, it's a total hassle.

    This app is total trash. It shuts down right as it's about to fully open. The customer service from Comcast/Xfinity is beyond useless, adding to my frustration. Dealing with them to fix their issues has been a nightmare, countless hours wasted. I ditched them as my internet provider but had to keep their Home Security service to monitor my elderly father. Sadly, it's been a total waste of time and energy.

    I've been using this app for about a month and I really like it. It's secure because I can keep it safe on my phone with my fingerprint and codes. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars for functionality. So far, I haven't had any major issues with the app, service, or provider. I especially like how easy it is to figure out how to use all the functions on the app by myself. Our children have also found Xfinity home to be user-friendly.

    So, the app works but it's slow and has glitches sometimes. I've had this system for two years and it's not very reliable. Two false alarms in four months got me worried. The first time, the police came out, but found everything secured. Turns out it was just a low battery in that sensor. But the system didn't show me that. After replacing the battery, it happened again four months later, scaring me while I was alone at home. Another time, during a power outage, I had trouble disarming the system to leave. Also, if you don't finish a test properly, the system stays in test mode without notifying the central station in case of an alarm. The keypad's low battery alert comes a day before it dies – not much use. Customer service is hard to reach, with long wait times and frustrating experiences. I might look for another option when my contract ends.

    We got the home security system about a week ago and we're really enjoying it. The only little problem is I wish the entrance/exit keypad had a light so we could tell if the system is armed or disarmed. With many family members, it would help stop setting off alarms by mistake.

    It works half of the time. After the recent update, I don't receive notifications for doors or windows or when it's armed, on both Android and iPhone. The app sounded promising, but it's unreliable. It functions well for a bit, then suddenly stops working properly. Some features won't synchronize with my lights or other devices. I'm not concerned with the other devices; I just want the notification issue resolved.
