I'm super into this app, but lately it's been acting up and telling me I have internet problems. When I try to browse, nothing shows up. This thing asking me to '请通过滑块验证' keeps popping up, but it just loads and then vanishes - I can't even slide to verify. I've reached out to the help center twice about this, but all they say is that my account is fine within a minute. I'm starting to wonder if they're actually working on fixing the problem.
