How do I get points?

How do I spend points?

- You can spend points on new rides, purchases, and orders in Yandex services.

In Yandex Go, you can spend points on any rides in all service classes.

Where do I see the number of points I have?

- Log in to your account on the Plus home page to see how many points you've earned. You can also check the number of points you have on the websites and in the apps of the services included in the Rewards Program.

To see how many points you earned and spent in the past, check the payment history on the Plus home page or in Yandex ID.

What happens to my points if I cancel my Plus subscription?

- Your points will expire 30 days after you cancel or don't pay for your Plus subscription. We'll warn you about that in advance by email and by a notification in your account.

How to add a new account (Android and iOS)?

- Go to the app menu .

- Tap your phone number.

- Swipe your account right or left and tap Choose Other Account.

- Enter your phone number and tap Next to receive a text message with a confirmation code.

- Enter the code and tap Done (or Next) to activate the new account.

This process mirrors requesting transportation: input your address in the app, and a courier will deliver your package. Both the sender and receiver meet the courier at the vehicle.

AFFORDABLE RATES

Select a service category suitable for any occasion. Opt for Ride Economy for daily tasks, indulge in Comfort and Comfort+ for a relaxed journey in a more spacious car, or opt for Business for meticulous attention to detail. Utilize Delivery to transport items of any size by car. Pricing and service categories vary by location, but the exact price (or a reasonable estimate) is always displayed before confirming the ride.

PAY BY CARD OR CASH

You can automate payments for rides by adding your card to the app; however, drivers also accept cash. Payment options may differ based on location.

A SMART APP THAT SAVES YOU TIME

Yandex Go utilizes intelligent algorithms based on real-time traffic data to connect passengers with drivers who can reach them swiftly. Based on your location, the app may suggest alternate pick-up points to help reduce your fare.

RIDES WITH MULTIPLE STOPS

Request transportation with multiple stops, such as dropping off your children at school, picking up a friend along the route, or quickly completing an errand. Yandex Go maps out all your stops on a single route and calculates the total fare upfront.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS

Opt for the Kids service category to securely transport your child in a safety or booster seat. Currently operational in the capitals of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, and Kazakhstan, and 169 cities across Russia.

FOOD FROM RESTAURANTS

Order food from local eateries and restaurants. Simply enter your address, and you'll be presented with nearby dining options. Refine your search using filters to find your favorites or try something new. Presently available in Russia and Kazakhstan.

FAMILY ACCOUNT

Establish a family account within Yandex Go. Family accounts offer a convenient way to manage taxi rides for your entire family and pay for them collectively. A single family account can support up to four members, each utilizing the same bank card. This account can also cover payments in numerous other Yandex services, not just Taxi. Family members can share their location during trips, while the account owner can set restrictions and review order history.
