    I've used this app for years and it's pretty good. But I was bummed when they removed the search option for finding my own foods. Now you have to scroll forever to find what you want. They should add a feature where you can input nutrition info for meals, but the calories only count once you eat it (like a check-off system).

    So, there's this app I really like. You don't have to create an account but you can if you want. It doesn't spam you with emails either, but I recommend it for the best experience. I started with the free version and enjoyed it before deciding to go all in. It's been useful for me, and I'm seeing progress. I'm not looking for instant results at my age, just something realistic, and this app is delivering that slow and steady progress I need. I'd suggest giving it a try.

It seems better for newbies or those not too serious about dieting. The food database, mostly created by users, has incorrect portion sizes and calories, so you always have to verify. Also, the app isn't very good at monitoring micronutrients. Yazio should focus more on being efficient and precise in important areas.

    The app looks promising, but it's a shame that you have to pay to access the best features. It would be nice if they provided a trial period to test it out. After trying out the app, including the pro version during the trial period, I think it's the top app in its category right now. The database of foods is great and it's simple to add items. However, there's room for improvement in terms of the completeness of the nutrient information.

    I like this app a lot. It helps me track my calories and reminds me when to start and end intermittent fasting. I also like the water drinking feature. The pro version is great if you're into tracking your micros and macros. Sometimes it disconnects from Samsung Health and other apps, but that's not a big problem. I would suggest it to a friend.

    I chose this app because it was the best for tracking calories to help me gain weight without making me feel anxious or guilty. However, with the latest update, it now promotes weight loss even though I clearly said I want to gain weight. It even asked about my plans and if I eat more on weekends to make changes. It's insensitive and could be risky.
