Wow, I gave five stars because they replied quickly and had excellent customer service. My Yeelight lightstrip wasn't working with Alexa, it was always unresponsive. But as soon as I posted my issue, Yeelight took action and a day later when I checked, it was working again. Kudos to them for that!

The lamp keeps turning off unexpectedly, so the whole system becomes useless. In addition, the app displays ads when you start it, making you wait before you can change your lights. Sometimes you even wait just to find out that your lamps disconnected again, and you can't use them at all. I won't purchase their products in the future.

You seem happy overall. However, for years now, the app has lacked a feature. You can't set schedules for multiple bulbs as a group. This is necessary. Each bulb must have its schedule made individually each time; you can't save them for easy reuse or copy-paste them. I didn't realize how annoying this was until I had to reset everything today.

2017 was a great year for smart lights. They worked well back then. However, things took a bad turn in 2018. They started to act up and were completely broken. Surprisingly, they got better again after that rough patch. I never imagined I would need to sign in to an account every time I wanted to control the lights. It became such a hassle. I decided not to purchase any more lights from this brand due to the constant need to log in, even in June 2019. On top of that, one of the RGB smart bulbs stopped working after just a few months. I had to pay for shipping to get a replacement, which was quite frustrating. Overall, my experience with these lights has been pretty disappointing so far. Fast forward to September 2019, and I found myself having to log in once again just to switch off a 'smart' light. The inconvenience continues.

The system is good, we can choose colors for favorites. But we cannot take away the colors. I want this feature to be included.

Yeelight has been so frustrating lately. The bulbs are way too unstable. Whenever the power cuts out, which happens a lot, I have to reinstall all 6 bulbs on the app because resetting and refreshing never seems to work. They've had plenty of time to fix this issue, but I haven't noticed much improvement in the app overall. It's still slow and constantly needs to be reset. The app gets mixed up with old failed bulbs and adds new ones on top of them.

I initially gave a one-star review but then modified it. It turns out that my Google autofill was using an outdated Mi account to log into the app. Everything is working properly now. However, I'm having trouble getting the various modes to function with Google Assistant. Using voice commands for adjusting colors and brightness is generally good. The support team responded swiftly, so I'm upgrading my rating to five stars now.

The app is really confusing. You see presets, but then they disappear, and editing a scene is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The repetitive use of certain words just adds to the frustration because they actually mean different stuff. And what's up with that customization option on the main menu? I have no clue what that does; you can apparently adjust timing and color changes for however long you want, which sounds cool, but it's also a bit overwhelming. When it comes to syncing my Google Home to a specific custom scene, it's like hitting a wall. It keeps saying to link or connect, even though I've already done that. It's a mess.
