I used a convenient app to order food, and they delivered it right to my door. It was tasty, and their drivers were always friendly. Schwan is definitely a great company. Our go-to items are ice cream, self-rising pizza, sausage patty, steak fries, cod, and more. 👍

The food is always fresh at this place. They have great pizza, delicious fruit, and succulent meat, among other things. My favorite is the strawberry ice-cream! The delivery service is very convenient. You can order online and choose a delivery date, making it easy to enjoy tasty food without any hassle. Just make a few cuts in the plastic and heat the container in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. And voila, it's ready to eat! The portions are also quite generous, so there are always leftovers. I wish I had discovered this company when my kids were younger. It's easy on your wallet and ready in no time!

Having an app seems like a waste of time when it always has issues that force you to use the website instead. I experienced this problem recently when I tried to update my payment information in the app, but kept getting an error message saying 'page not found'. It's frustrating that the developers didn't put in enough effort to make sure everything works smoothly.

I wanted to pay for my purchase, but when I entered my card details, it told me to log in again. And then it just kept sending me back to the beginning of the checkout process. It's like a never-ending loop. It would have been great to use this service, but it looks like I won't be able to complete my purchase today because of these online issues. Oh well!

Oh no, now they won't deliver to your door anymore, you have to use mail but it will cost an extra $10 each time. Can you believe it? The prices have gone way up! Things that used to be $6 per box are now $11. And on top of that, nearly everything is out of stock! I've been checking for months and still can't find most of the things I want. After 40 years of loving Schwan's products and being a loyal customer, I think this might be the end. I will really miss them because when you could get their products, they were so delicious. They might be too expensive now anyway. Such a sad situation. 😢

So, there was this app that used to be really handy for me. I could easily check when the driver would come next. But lately, that's not the case. Whenever I try asking the chat bot about it, it just doesn't get what I'm saying. I'm starting to wonder if Schwann's doesn't follow a schedule anymore. Why can't the app just tell me that straightforwardly? It seems like they won't stop by unless I place an order. With all these changes in names and services, the app has become pointless to me. I'm over it.

Oh no, the new version of the mobile app bothers me a lot. Can I get the list view back? If I need to view a picture, I can simply click on the item to see more details. There are too many pictures taking up space on my phone. I really want the list view again! Oh my goodness!

Nowadays, we can only have items shipped in my state. The cost of shipping is $20, which adds up to the already high prices of food, making it difficult to afford. Additionally, most of the items are often not available, so even if they offer a discount that could help with the shipping cost, there's nothing in stock to buy. Moreover, since delivery takes a long time, just because something is in stock when you purchase it doesn't guarantee that it will still be available when it's time for shipping, risking that you won't receive what you initially wanted to order.

I really like the variety of items and choices they have. I have been eating Schwann's food since I was young, and it has always been a good experience.

I've bought nothing bad lately. The stuff I get all tastes good. The driver and the backup are really friendly, know their stuff, and act professional.
