A: R2R is available for mutual enterprise customers and customers who have purchased Yelp Knowledge + Listing Management. Mutual Enterprise Customers are defined as 10+ locations with enabled Branded Profiles, Enhanced Profiles, or CPC Ads from Yelp. Yelp Knowledge + Listing Management customers are those who have purchased this new product sku from Yelp approved partners (full list of partners at https://business.yelp.com/partners/ and www.yelp.com/knowledge.

Q: Can clients respond privately and publicly in partner dashboards?

A: Public response is available and ready to use via API. Private responses are not available in the API at the moment.

Q: How many public responses can a business owner post per day?

A: A business owner can post up to 20 public responses per day per location.

Q: Should we offer any tips on responses if our clients ask?

A: Yes, and keep it simple.

Q: Can I offer a discount or ask customers to sign up for my email marketing list in my response?

A: No, providing marketing offers or requesting email sign-ups is against Yelp’s R2R policy.

Q: Does it matter who replies to reviews? Can partners or agents reply on the business’s behalf?

A: Only clients should be responding. Partner employees should never respond on behalf of a client.

    It's pretty hard to find places that are open as usual nowadays. Most places are just doing takeout or delivery. What we really need is a way to filter and discover places where you can actually dine in. I totally support people staying home, but sometimes, if you're out and about with some time to spare in between appointments, it would be great to have other options besides just going to the park.

    I really enjoy using this app because it's super convenient when I'm out and about. I sometimes get a bit confused about whether I should check in or leave a review, but the app makes it easy by guiding me to the right place. The new version keeps asking for my feedback, even though I already like it. It's still a bit tricky to find the tips, but they're there somewhere in the app. The good news is that the app works smoothly on both my Chromebook and Android phone, so I'm pretty satisfied overall.

    So, I can totally relate – I mean, I could open the app without any trouble, but whenever I tried to search for a restaurant, it just wouldn't load! It was super frustrating, especially because even on the web browser on my phone, if you wanted to see more details about something, it would redirect you to the app... which was obviously not working properly! This has been going on forever, and no matter how many updates they release, it just never gets fixed. I even tried reaching out to them to get it sorted, but got no response at all. So, in the end, I just gave up and uninstalled it.

    So, like, this app is pretty decent overall. But seriously, my biggest problem is that it doesn't have a dark mode. Like, come on, can we please have a dark mode for people like me who struggle with their vision? Most other apps are getting with the program and offering this option, but not Yelp. It's really hard for me to use visually because of this. Like, I just need that dark mode, you know?

    Oh man, this app is a real headache. Every time I use it, I end up feeling frustrated because I can never find what I'm actually looking for. And when I do manage to find it, it takes ages! I have to search under heaps of different categories and even when I type in the exact name of a business, it still shows me a bunch of irrelevant results. Plus, there are always error messages popping up - so annoying! I've had it with this app, uninstalled it for good.

    Oh no, this app isn't working at all on my Google Pixel phone. It's not responding at all. I'll still give it 3 stars though, because maybe it's just a problem with my phone.
