You would be presented with the sub-categories now. Choose according to your own preference. After choosing the sub-category, you can choose your desired service and click “Add to cart”. Go to your cart, select a time slot, and book your service. After you have booked the service, wait for an expert to be assigned to you. The assigned professional will reach your address and render the services booked

What are your operating hours?

Our customer care services begin from 10 AM and continue till 7 PM for all 7 days of the week. We value your feedback and try our best to solve all your queries with patience. We request you to contact our customer support during the timings mentioned to get an optimum solution to your query. And for the booking of services, the earliest time slot available is 8 AM, however, we request you to book 1-2 days in advance in case you want to avail the services early in the morning. The last available time slot of the day is 6:30 PM to avail the services. The safety of our experts holds importance for us which is why we try to satisfy you with our services before 8 PM. In case the service is taking more time than usual at the last time slot, the expert will continue the service on the following day.

And our expert might request some water, but that`s all. Our experts carry disposable sheets with them so you don`t have to worry about any mess being created on the mattress. The expert uses disposable towels during the service to maintain hygiene and safety precautions. Also, you will be provided with a disposable gown as well so that you don`t need to worry about the clothing.
