1.When can I receive points? View/Hide FAQ

Registered review/one-line comment points are monitored and paid out after 2 days. (Based on business days)

Points for reviews/one-line comments written on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be paid out on the following Tuesday.

However, points for reviews/one-line comments registered during the pre-order period will be paid out the following day after shipment is completed.

If the next day after shipment is not a business day, points will be paid out on the following business day.

2.What should I keep in mind when sending used items?

When sending items sold at a used shop, be sure to write the following on the outside of the product packaging box (packaging paper).

-Required information when sending (write each for each order)

1) Buyer's name 2) Buyer's contact information 3) Buyer's address

If the above information is not written and the item is returned incorrectly or incorrectly packaged, the seller must collect and process it directly, and the seller must pay for the delivery fee incurred for the return and reshipment of the incorrectly sent item

3.If I reserved for on-site pickup, can someone else pick it up for me?

In principle, tickets cannot be transferred to others.

1.Phone: Necessary for device identification and receiving push notifications.

2.Camera/Photos: Required for attaching files when searching barcodes, writing reviews, and making 1:1 inquiries.

3.Location: Needed for using the CU Convenience Store pickup service.

4.Microphone: Necessary for using voice search services.

5.Address Book: Needed for using the gift-giving service.
