I already purchased the application/subscription, why is it asking me to pay twice?
No worries, you simply need to install the application on your device and once you open the app, use the “I already have an account” option, as shown below:
Make sure to fill in the appropriate credentials to access your account.
Can I use the application on multiple devices?
You can operate your personal account on different devices; all you need to do is download the app and log into your personal account. Your progress will be synchronized between devices so that you can stay on track with your goals.
How can I postpone the subscription?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to pause or postpone the subscription as it starts right after the purchase is confirmed.
However, the training plan itself adjusts to you. If you haven't done some of the workouts, they will be rescheduled to the next training days according to your plan. So you can train whenever you can and you will not miss anything.
How can I cancel the subscription?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership, please go to the 'Settings' tab in the app, and tap on the Manage subscription:
You will be redirected to your web account, where you'll find a full list of your subscriptions and will be able to cancel those:
Also, you can cancel directly in your web version user account. To do this, please follow this link and log in using your account details. In the Subscription section you can access the information about your current subscription plan and cancel it.
Please note that the cancellation should be carried out at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

Can I change my training goal?

If you feel like certain training sets have been too easy or too difficult for you, you might want to change the difficulty level of your exercises in the ‘Settings’ tab > 'Plan settings' > ‘Yoga Level’.
How can I restart my challenge?

The app doesn't currently offer an option to repeat a particular workout, but we do have an alternative that might be helpful:
1. Open your challenge;
2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner;
3. Choose the 'Start over' option, as shown in the screenshot below:
By doing that, you can go back to any workout you like and repeat it.
Where can I find the guides?

In order to access the guides, please follow these steps:
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the 'Settings' icon.
3. Tap on the 'Guides' section.
4. Tap on the 'Download' icon.
