    Can't speak to weight loss yet. Just a few days in. Can't say enough about how amazing I feel when doing yoga on this app. Poses are simple. Quick 10-minute sessions. So calming. Background music is top-notch. Some may not like it, but it's so soothing and uplifting. Feels like I'm at a mountain peak with this music flowing as I practice yoga.
