How to Add Camera

Add a hotspot

There is no need to connect the network cable to camera.

1. Open the APP and register an account to log in. You can register with your mobile number or email

2. Click ‘+’ > Add a hotspot > Confirm the current status of the camera

3. Select your home wififi and input your password, then click button ‘Next’ to continue.

5GHz wifi cannot be supported, it supports 2.4GHz only.

The hidden wifi cannot be supported.

The special characteristics cannot be supported.

The settings on the router cannot be started, such as AP isolation, anti rubbing network to restrict wifi access.

4. Click ‘Connect Wi-Fi started with GW_’ button and connect the wifi with the ‘GW_AP’ starting. After connected,go back to the APP.

5. Wait for the camera to connect to the wifi, after successful connection set the device name and you can start using it.

Prompt wifi connection failure, maybe the wifi password was wrong or the network is 5GHZ at the moment. So please make sure the wifi name and password are correct, then reset and connect it again.

    Sure, here are some suggestions to make the device even better: 1.It would be great if guests could save their favorite positions when using the invited guest mode. 2.Users should have the ability to assign a static IP/port to effectively support the ONVIF server function. 3.It would improve the experience if the device consistently displayed videos stored on the SD card instead of showing a "network busy" message most of the time. 4.A robust ONVIF communication logger feature would enhance the overall functionality. 5.Camera positioning control should not be reversed in the unflipped mode. 6.The flipped/unflipped modes could be swapped to better align with users' expectations and make the experience more intuitive.

    So, like many others have already pointed out, the recent update of this app has a bit of an annoying issue where it logs you out unexpectedly. The main purpose of this app is to "monitor" things like your baby, home, or car, right? But how can you monitor something effectively if you keep getting logged out all the time? It's pretty frustrating and makes the app almost pointless until they fix this problem. It would be so much better if they could give users the choice to turn this feature on or off. I'm definitely not very pleased with this situation!

    On the first day after I set up everything, everything was running smoothly. I could easily use my mobile and access the content management system (CMS). However, by the second day, things took a turn for the worse. Suddenly, both my mobile and the CMS froze, and I couldn't get them to work again. I attempted to restart all devices, but unfortunately, it didn't make any difference. Every time I tried to connect, I kept receiving a message that the network was busy and to try again later. It's been two days now, and the issue persists. Is there anyone who can offer some assistance?

    The playback feature is just not good at all. It's really frustrating trying to find the exact moment you want to watch. Another annoying thing is that there's no thumbnail preview as you fast forward on the progress bar. And on top of that, you can't even download the video to watch later on your phone. You can only record it slowly while watching. On top of all this, they're not even responding to my emails about these issues.

    This app is really not great. It doesn't allow you to keep recording if you close the app or exit the big camera screen - it just stops automatically. There's no way to change this setting. Also, the manual record feature doesn't function properly - it won't stay on the right side in green, and keeps going back to the left side in gray, turned off. The intelligent deamon feature is also not working well because it's currently being fixed.

    I used to be so excited about these cameras when I first got them. They were amazing! But now, I can't stand them at all. It's frustrating that the app used to let me watch and record from the camera all night, but now it shuts down after just 5 minutes if you're not actively watching. This makes it impossible to record anything because it stops recording as soon as it closes. And to add to that, half the time the app won't even open or load properly. It's really disappointing to see such a great product turn into a mess like this. My advice would be to save your money and look for something else.
